Secure Gears sells used and new bicycle listings. Secure gears sells all types of bicycles with exception of ebikes and foldable bikes.
Are transactions secure?
Secure Gears transaction's use secure gears escrow. Buyer's funds are released only when they have evaluated the bicycle matches it's description in the original Seller's listing.
Is shipping secure?
Every shipment on Secure Gears is automatically covered in the event the shipment does not arrive as promised. This benefit applies to the buyer & seller parties involved.
Are returns accepted?
SecureGears offers Buyers returns for the following scenarios:
- Bicycles with damages that were not reported in the seller's original listing.
- Bicycles that have feature discrepancies from the seller's original listing.
- Bicycles that been inadvertently damaged in transit.
- Bicycles with parts missing, which were not otherwise reported in the seller's original listing.
- Bicycles with defects that were not reported in the seller's original listing.
SecureGears does not offer returns for buyer's remorse nor buyer's own wear and tear damage.
Does listing bikes on Secure Gears cost anything?
Listing bikes on Secure Gears is free. Payout total, for successfully sold listings, is the bicycle's price minus a secure transaction Fee of 8%.
