For Buyers

Finding and purchasing your next bike on SecureGears is simple:

  1. Search & Browse
    Search SecureGears for bikes that match your interests and needs.

  2. Choose Your Purchase Method

    • Negotiate: Open a price negotiation with the seller
    • Buy Now: Purchase directly at the listed price

  3. Select Shipping
    Once the seller agrees to the price, choose from their available delivery options (local pickup, shipping, or both).

  4. Payment & Protection
    After payment, the seller has 14 days to ship or drop off your bike. If they don't meet this deadline, you'll receive a full refund.

  5. Inspection Period
    You have 48 hours after receiving your bike to inspect it and ensure it matches the seller's description. If there's an issue, you can open a dispute (see our Terms & Conditions for legitimate dispute cases).

  6. Ride On!
    Once everything checks out, your bike is yours—time to get back out there! 🚴

For sellers

Selling your bike on SecureGears is straightforward:

  1. Create Your Listing
    List your bike and select your preferred delivery methods (shipping, local pickup, or both).

  2. Set Your Price

    • Fixed Price: List at a set price for immediate purchase
    • Open to Offers: Enable negotiations and accept bids from interested buyers

  3. Receive an Order
    When a buyer purchases your bike, you have 14 days to ship or arrange pickup.

  4. Hassle-Free Shipping
    If shipping, SecureGears negotiates competitive rates and automatically generates a shipping label for you.

  5. Get Paid
    Once the buyer accepts delivery, your payment will be transferred to your account within a few days! đź’¸
